The garden provides a tranquil outlook as well as a place to apply the Alexander Technique to walking, running or other sports and outdoor activities.

There is a computer/desk available enabling us to look at the application of the Alexander Technique to using a computer.
If you are a musician or singer, you are welcome to bring musical instruments along to explore the Alexander Technique and making music. There is a piano already here!
