Who are we?
We're a group of general readers in the
Nunhead/East Dulwich area, who enjoy friendly talk about books. We meet for an hour or two each

New members are always very welcome.

- Rachel Lichtenstein Rodinsky's room
- Sebastian Faulks Birdsong
- Rebecca Wells Divine secrets of the Yaya sisterhood
- Patricia Duncker Hallucinating Foucault
- Charles Dickens Bleak House
- Sylvia Barrett Voyage of the Narwhal
- Linda Grant When I lived in modern times
- J K Rowling Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone
- Zadie Smith White teeth
- Nick Hornby How to be good
- Graham Greene The quiet American
- Rose Tremain Music and silence
- Ann Patchett Bel canto
(You can see a fuller old list here.)
When is the next meeting?
We usually meet at 8pm on the third Tuesday of each month.
Our next meeting is on
Tuesday, 21 February 2012, when we'll talk about
- The sense of an ending by
Julian Barnes
And then —
To Be Decided.
