See these angry people as TV characters

We never take Soap opera scripts personally,

Whether inside or out

This will loosen and open up the stiff squashed layers,

These layers will gently unfold,

Like a stifled young chick breaking out of its shell

The relief as chick meets air and fluffs up

Everything will feel lighter

The fear will dissolve

This is what will bring permanent pain relief and clearer thinking

Life will swing and sparkle more

We will connect with the trees, fields, river, and more

True friends will show

Our faith will grow

The flame shows us its God

We will do all this without artificial help

Because we learnt how to be in our bodies not just next to or beside

We felt our heartbeat as well as heard

Our breath sensed this and joined in the rhythm

A safer calmer place
