    "Simple, attractive, exciting and a little bit different"
    Is how TJ our Chef Patron likes to describe his food.

    TJ works alone in his kitchen, he makes everything from scratch, does all his own prep work and even does the washing up!

    In fact it's very rare to find him outside the kitchen, but as long as we send a pint of beer in at the end of the night he's quite happy
