Week Five
This week has been heartwrending, it's all gone!
Yes the dining room & coffee lounge have been demolished and things look very different now, even just driving past the building
you look twice, on a plus point it really highlights the beauty of the old part of the building and we all feel very happy with progress.
TJ, Marge, her other half Pete and me of course all played truant on Thursday on your behalf though i might add, we went off to a
coffee factory to taste lots of coffee and create an all new 'house blend' for The Appletree for when we're back. It was a great experience and we're very happy with the result, we also found time to call at a
Michelin starred pub for lunch, 'The Olive Branch' at Clipsham which we can highly recommend, it's just what you would want from a 'Gastropub' ~ great food, lovely, cosy surroundings, wonderful choice of drinks
behind the bar, it really was the best pub we've been to (besides our own!)
Next week look out for pictures of our half naked joiners! It's very hot in our carpark!
