Weeks Three & Four

Web Site

Following the refurbishment of The Appletree,

we have decided that our website also needed a major overhaul.

Obviously because of this there is now very limited information on this site

The re-vamp is currently underway and we hope to be back up and running very soon.

Until then please telephone Tel: 01751 431457 with any enquiries

Weeks Three & Four have gone really well, although as usual the English weather has let us down, as soon as the cement floor had gone into the new kitchen the heaven's opened!

Typical, anyway other than that little problem we have had good progress.

Paula & Marge are still bravely tackling the orchard & the outside paintwork, and TJ is soldiering on with his new herb beds.

The inside is coming on nicely, the toilets are taking shape thanks to our lovely joiners Mark & Seb ~ if you're ever passing by and hear very loud singing that's Mark!

The new kitchen & cellar walls seem to be springing up over night, it's really exciting taking a tour every night to see what's been done.

More progress next week,

Melanie x

As you can see the old coffee lounge and dining room are coming down gradually.

My new cellar!

Obviously needs a bit of paint, but it's looking good!

I know you can't tell from this picture but one day in the near future this will be our new toilets!

Eventually this will become the 'wash up' end of TJ's new kitchen, it used to be the rear entrance from the car park.

TJ's big project at the moment, his new herb garden, so far he has planted Borage, Mint, Marjoram, Chives, Lavender, Sage, Parsley and several other herbs and edible flowers for salads.

These stone beds have actually been nicknamed 'The Great Wall of Marton' by the builders!
