Ingham Associates — Tetbury

I have purchased my last two PC’s from Nic of Ingham Associates, the second in November 2004 – so I guess that I will shortly be looking for a third!

There are two major advantages to buying a computer from a local supplier;

       You can specify the PC to your own personal requirements and usage, you don’t have to waste money on components and software that you will hardly ever use, but come bundled into a pre-specified system from a national supplier.

       You have the supplier, who knows your PC, on your doorstep for your inevitable service needs.

Using Ingham Associates as your local supplier has additional advantages.  Whether you are a beginner or a regular PC user - Nic  will talk at your level when asked for advice about what to buy.  He knows his customers and their PC capabilities, so he knows which problems you can resolve yourself with some telephone advice, and when he needs to call and fix the problem himself.  This means better, quicker service without unnecessary costs.

And the icing on the cake is that Nic is a friendly, helpful guy.  I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Thank you so much for all the work you did on the computer, and especially for salvaging all my software and data. The machine now runs like a new one -- no more hanging about for half a day while screens load. You're a wizard!

 And you're a double wizard -- I've just followed your IE suggestion -- it worked straight away coming up with a Congratulations! So that's doubly brilliant.  

So, again, many many thanks. Having now had time to appreciate just how much work you've put into restoring everything, not to mention adding on all the bits and pieces, I'm wondering if you bill covered all this adequately. I think I'm now owing you a bucketful of coffee at least!!
