How to get to the Show

By road

Newcastle Arena is signposted from all directions around the major roads in the environs of Newcastle. There will be special Pins & Needles banners on approach roads to Newcastle city centre. Secure car parking is available at the Arena at a price of £2 per day.

By rail

Trains serve Newcastle through GNER (East Coast from Scotland and London).

We are also served by Virgin services from Scotland, the Midlands and South West. Regional services also pass through Newcastle from Carlisle, Hexham, Middlesbrough and Sunderland.

The Newcastle Arena is a short (5 minute) walk from Central Station. There is a special Shuttle Bus which will run from amd to the station all day from 9:45 am - price 50 pence.

By bus

Buses into the City Centre call either near the Arena or Haymarket. From Haymarket you can take the Metro to Central Station and walk from there or take the Shuttle Bus - only 50 pence - and runs all day from 9:45 am
