Panoramic sea and mountain views can be seen from the balcony of this studio apartment. Look in one direction and the beach curves gently away into the distance. Look in the other direction and the Sierra Nevada mountain range forms a dramatic backdrop in the distance. At night, you can see the lights which run along the coastal road and the twinkling of the lights on the fishing boats on the sea. If the rest of the apartment wasn't so lovely, you could almost spend your whole holiday on the balcony! This beautiful studio apartment is located on the tenth (top) floor of a small and exclusive block. The building itself is situated on the beach and has private gardens which include a large swimming pool. The beach can be easily accessed by walking through the beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment, which can be reached either by stairs or by lift, is furnished in a traditional style and to an extremely high standard throughout. Sleeping a maximum of four people, the apartment is both spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom that includes a shower unit. The kitchen is compact and consists of an oven hob, fridge and washing machine. All cooking and kitchen utensils are provided. The lounge area consists of a large double bed (which acts as a sofa bed during the day) and two very comfortable settees - a double and a three seater. |

There are double fitted wardrobes and a Spanish, Andalusian style, dresser completes the traditional style of the apartment. The balcony can be accessed via the lounge and comprises a table and chairs and a bed settee which is turned into a double bed for sleeping. Facilities include a television with access to Sky and local television programmes, a video player and a CD player. There are also large cooling fans for those extra hot days! The private pool, which is for the sole use of the residents of the apartment block, is just a step away. It is fully screened from the beach for total privacy. For your convenience, two sun loungers are provided in the apartment which you can use by the pool if you wish. Or, of course, there is the beautiful beach and sea just a stone's throw away. Coconut umbrellas and sunbeds are available for hire on the beach. The sea is ideal for swimming for those of all ages. There are several local bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Why not sample the speciality on some menus which is the local catch of sardines - freshly caught and cooked on the spot. Delicious! And for those who don't want to travel too far, there is a small restaurant just a few feet from the apartment block. For those who wish to cater for themselves, there is a small local supermarket within easy reach of the apartment block. |
