Swiss Ball

... the most popular fitness training system to build CORE STRENGTH and STABILITY.   Used by top sports teams and physiotherapists.

Classes are lively, mixing an effective workout with some challenging balances and plenty of laughter.

Peggy Briggs qualified as a Swiss Ball instructor with the Paul Chek Institute and also offers private one-to-one classes by arrangement from £25 per hour.

Three levels to suit all ages and abilities:

Level 1 - Swiss Ball for Health
Gentle mobility exercises to keep fit, strengthen your back and improve posture and balance.  Suitable for beginners, the unfit, those recovering from injury and the not-so-young.

Level 2 - Swiss Ball for Bodies
Body toning exercises which will increase core stability and strength and improve your figure.  Suitable for those wanting to try a new, precise exercise to increase fitness and firmness.

Level 3 - Swiss Ball for Performance
Increase core strength and stability in a series of challenging exercises as used by rugby clubs, football teams and the England netball squad.  Suitable for those wanting a tougher workout to complement their own sport.
