This questionnaire has been designed to help you determine whether your company has the need and the resources to consider a Knowledge Management Strategy, i.e. to make all company data work for you.
Please take note that this service is simply provided to make a quick assessment of your needs and resources. Quick Advisor considers three different aspects of your company:
Firstly, Quick Advisor looks at the business sector your company operates in, your company past twelve months turnover, its past twelve months growth (or loss should this be the case) and projected growth for the next twelve months.
Then Quick Advisor looks at the type of data your Company produces and uses and whether you are already working towards integrating your data and maximizing its usage.
In the third and final step Quick Advisor looks at your IT resources.
Being these the three main areas of concern with regard to any IT/IS or whichever name one prefer to give it, Quick Advisor gives you a sort of checklist of what you need to do to achieve your goals.
