Promotion request procedure

Applications to 4th degree and above will be by ITF invitation only.

12 months prior to promotion date the applicant must request an invitation to promote from ITF Promotion committee.

The promotion committee will verify the request and then invite the applicant to promote.

The invitation will include:

  • The criteria for the individual promotion degree level.
  • All required application forms.
  • A list of world wide venues and events where the promotion can take place.

After the invitation to promote is received

The application has to be sent to the ITF 3 calendar months prior to the promotion date and must include,

  • certificate application form (including the appropriate signatures)
  • all relevant fees
  • other criteria requested
  • the venue / event the promotion will take place
