Welcome to the Anticlash site

The purpose of this site is to help choral societies and amateur orchestras in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to plan their programmes so as to maximise audience size.  The aim, so far as possible, is to avoid clashes of dates (and of works).

The aim is not to advertise concerts but to be a source of consultation regarding dates. Few people seem to use it this way; it would be helpful if those booking concerts would consult this site before fixing their date.
