This photograph shows the School Children and Staff of Ysgol Trewyddel in 1959. The Head Teacher, Mr Lewis, came from Harlech in North Wales to join the school in 1950. He stayed with Let James and family, at Brynaber, Ceibwr, who as well as running a small holding also took in lodgers. The letters below have been lent to us by Mrs James and her daughter Rahel Morgan. |
