I am indebted to Mr Robert Williamson for photostats of above models which, as far as he is aware, are all the models produced by Mr S. Dillon at the Dilford Pottery from moulds originally modelled by Jessica van Hallen.

Mr Dillon produced the figures from start to finish assembling them himself from Jessica's moulds. It seems that it was a labour of love.

His wife did the painting.

Mr Williamson told me that there were no 'seconds'. Any imperfections were destroyed.
