Comments:

This lovely image comes from a pre-1896 glass "magic lantern" slide that I recently acquired. Strictly speaking, she was never owned by the Lochlomond Steamboat Co as this company was taken over by the North British (in whose colours she is shown here) before she was finished. After the Great War she did not sail much, being used as a spare steamer. Her last trip was made in December 1925 and she was then laid up until she was sold for scrapping in 1933.
