The is a JTC Carlo Ricordo Genuine Italian guitar possibly 1930s bought by my father in the 1950s It needs some loving restoration and refinishing including removing the DIY varnish from the top. It has a very metallic sound and it has a metal bridge not shown in these pictures. It also has an arched back and some of the bracing had to be glued back to stop it from buzzing and squeeking with movement.Let's see what it looks like after Mr. Robbins has restored it, sometime in October. |
