This is a fab snack to share cosily between two of you. You can dip anything you like into it - pickled gherkins and boiled baby potatoes are the suggested option, but personally, bleugh! Go with crusty bread, bread sticks, Pringles or whatever. Taken from Nigel Slater's Real Good Food.

Take the cheese out of the box, remove the paper wrapper and push the cheese back into the box.
Smear the top half of the cheese with the chopped halves of garlic. Pierce half a dozen holes in the rind, drizzle with a little white wine and replace the lid.
Bake at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with things for dipping into it.
