STRAWBERRY CRUSH

This is really quick and easy, using shop-bought meringue nests. You can also use Amaretti biscuits, if you like that kind of thing (which I don't!). Taken from the BBC Good Food Magazine.

Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS

200ml crème fraîche

200g Greek yoghurt

4 meringue nests

225/8oz strawberries

1 tbsp icing sugar

METHOD

Beat the crème fraîche and yoghurt together in a bowl. Break up the meringue and stir into the mixture. Roughly mash the strawberries with a little icing sugar. Gently swirly the strawberries and sugar into the yoghurt mixture and spoon into glasses.
