These lovely two-bedroomed apartments are situated in the old town area of Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote.

 

Boasting an elevated position overlooking the harbour, the apartments command spectacular views that stretch over the sea and out to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

 

The comfortable lounges are equipped with satellite television, DVD and music systems and have direct access to wonderful spacious south-facing terraces, which enjoy sunshine throughout the day. There are tables, chairs and sun-loungers provided. The terrace is the ideal spot from which to enjoy a meal al fresco, take in the wonderful views and sun sets, or sunbath in private.

 

Each apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one double with TV/DVD and one twin. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, fans and hairdryers. Apartment 13 has doors leading onto the terrace. B4 has a fold-away bed for a fifth person and also a safe.

 

Both apartments have been refurbished benefiting from extremely well equipped, modern kitchens and refitted bathrooms with shower cubicles. Apartment 13 also conveniently has a washing machine housed within the vanity unit.

 

The ambiance of these well appointed apartments is enhanced by an unusual tropical interior garden.

 

Apartment 13 probably occupies the best position on the complex. As well as having a stunning sea view with a larger than average terrace which enjoys sun all day long (there is also a shaded area), it is situated in the quietest part, away from the swimming pool and bar and just inside the security gates giving easy access to car parking. Being at the end of a row of bungalow apartments it only has one adjoining neighbour. It is light and airy and benefits from louvred security shutters which can be securely locked while you are out, allowing the apartment to be aired.

 

Apartment B4 has a spectacular view and also benefits from a larger than average sunny terrace. Being an end apartment it also has only one adjoining neighbour and the 'A' apartment above. B4 also benefits from a convenient car parking space right outside the front door, adjacent to the staircase which serves the 'A' apartments.

The exclusive complex of Lago Verde comprising approximately forty apartments, is reputed to be one of the best complexes on Lanzarote. It has a heated swimming pool, sun bathing terraces and shaded areas and a pool bar from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst partaking of refreshments and light meals. The Reception where guests can book car hire, excursions, access the internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has multi-lingual staff.

 

Puerto del Carmen has plenty to offer the holiday maker. The old town’s little fishing port, about a five minute walk, is home to superb fish restaurants, while the nearest sandy beach is only ten minutes away. There are supermarkets very close by, and as well as its many bars, the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen has an abundance of good quality restaurants to suit all tastes. Seafood, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Carvery, Steak Houses and Tapas Bars.

 

Those looking for a more active holiday can play golf at one of the island’s excellent courses; a new 18 hole course has recently opened at nearby Tias which is only a five minute drive from the apartments, or participate in the wide range of local activities which includes diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing and paragliding.

 

Whether you are looking for relaxation or activity and sightseeing, these luxurious apartments provide the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful island and take in the year-round sunshine.

The Price Includes

Services i.e., water and electricity. There is Satellite Television in the apartments and a DVD player.

 

Access to complex facilities, e.g., bar, swimming pool, sunbathing terraces and gardens. There is a Reception at Lago Verde, where you can arrange car hire, excursions or rent a safe.

 

Weekly cleaning service. Linen, Blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets, pillowslips and tea towels are changed weekly. Bath and hand towels are also provided and changed twice weekly, but please bring your own beach towels.

Guests are kindly requested to refrain from smoking in the apartment

How to Book

  • Check the Availability for apartments B4 or 13

  • If the weeks you require are available, please tick the corresponding boxes on the availability chart and click the "Make Booking Request" at the bottom of the Availability page. We will contact you to confirm availability.

  • Once confirmed, please fill in and print the Booking Form, sign it and return to us with your deposit.
  • If you have any queries,

  • Send deposit (30%) to the address on our contacts page. Cheques made out to Harrison & Associates Property A/C by first class mail. An acknowledgement will be sent to you.

  • Final payment is due eight weeks before the start of the holiday.

  • The apartment will be ready at 4pm on the day of arrival.

Please Note

The 30% deposit, which is required before a booking can be confirmed, is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation clause that may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.
