Cheques are accepted for booking fees and final payments. BACs transfer payments are accepted, details will be supplied. A 25% booking fee is payable for confirmation of the initial booking, with the balance being due 1 month before holiday start date.

• Towels and bed linen are included.
• The property is cleaned and inspected between every clients stay.
• The whole apartment, including the balcony, is strictly
non-smoking. There are no exceptions. No pets allowed.
• The apartment is only suitable for 2 people. Not suitable for children.
