a place to talk about issues that are affecting your life.

have a deep commitment to this work and will provide support to you
while we work together to explore whatever you choose.
Counselling is not about me giving you advice.
Through our work together you will find yourself able to make the
choices which suit you best.
If
you are a practising Counsellor, as a qualified Supervisor
I can offer a safe place for you to explore your own counselling practice.
Sessions
are confidential and I adhere to the BACP ethics/ guidelines.
