Noscaferatu are Mike Varty
(keyboards and other instruments) and Sue Element (vocals), both from the cast
of Fluffy and other Foiled productions, with Dave Hobbs and Ian Salmon on
guitars, Paul Brown on Bass and Martin Meads on Drums. Sue and Mike were inspired to write the music by the idea of the
Buffy unsigned bands featured in many episodes.
And the name Noscaferatu?
Well, it doesn't take too much imagination to spot the double Buffy links there
too.

It all started after Mike
heard that Henry was planning Fluffy, so he recorded the theme tune. Then he and Sue decided to
write a full set of original songs to
accompany the movie. In one way or another the
songs are related to the Fluffy characters.
And, really flexing his
musical muscles, Mike also composed and recorded a full orchestral soundtrack for
FTEVS. A big symphonic sound always adds a certain excitement and
anticipation to the action...

We had a lot of fun with
the recording, and as usual time was against us. The album was mixed and
mastered the day before the Premiere, and pressed on the very day! We like
to feel the pressure.
