• All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• All timbers are solid hardwood sold under the rustic banner, each piece will have natural imperfections in the timber, this is intended and is part of the uniqueness of each piece. (Please Click here for further details)
  
• The majority of our items are fully assembled, however on occasions a minimal amount of assembly is needed on certain lines.
  
• Due to the weight of our items we can deliver to mainland uk only, if your delivery involves crossing water please do not bid.
  
• Payment is required within 5 days of auction close, please email if you are experiencing delays as your item may be released otherwise.
