Ian Harvey is on his way home from Australia's three match series against South Africa indoors at Melbourne's Colonial Stadium
Harvey did not play in the third match which South Africa won to level the series 1-1 because he was injured.
However, he did play in the dramatic tie in the second game in front of 35,000 people.
His bowling figures were similar to the first match - 2-43 from 10 overs. Australia were set 227 to win and looked to be on course until wickets began to tumble. Harvey made an unusually slow 7 off 11 balls before his was out caught from a cross-batted shot off Klusener. Shane Warne managed a single off the final ball of the game to level the scores. Harvey should be back in time to play in the NatWest Trophy final and will play depending on the extent of his injury. |
