Gloucestershire have offered Pakistan bowler Wasim Akram the chance to take on the job of bowling coach.

The 34 year-old wants to play for Pakistan for the next few years and he believes that a job like this would help him look after his body. He would not be required full time so would be able to fit the role in with his international commitments.

It is one of a number of offers that Akram has received including playing club cricket again in the Birmingham League.
