Matt Windows played a major part in England
A's latest game in Zimbabwe.
The match against a Presidents XI was the last
before the first unofficial test starting on 2nd February.
In the first innings Windows top scored with
69 as England were bowled out for 267.
The home side then amassed 493 with even
Windows being bowled for two overs.
Needing to bat out the last day for a draw the
Gloucestershire batsman made his second half century of the match scoring 66 which included his first ever first-class six.
The match was drawn with England 101 ahead with three second innings wickets
remaining. |
