Mark Alleyne is expected to be given further England recognition this week by being selected as captain for England 'A' on thier winter tour.

The selectors are thought to be impressed by the way he has captained Gloucestershire to two trophies this season and the news comes shortly after his was selected in England's one-day squad. Now he knows how to get selected for England - to play well at Lord's.

England 'A' will travel to Bangladesh and New Zealand this winter and Alleyne may not be the only Gloucestershire player selected.
