24 year-old fast bowler Jon Lewis has signed a three year contract with Gloucestershire.

Lewis had a disappointing 1999 and was dropped from the team on a few occasions. There was some doubt as to whether he would remain but he has decided to stay at Gloucestershire after the club won two trophies.
