26 year-old Tim Hancock was awarded a county cap at lunch on the second day of Gloucestershire's championship match with Warwickshire. He joined the club an made his debut in 1991 after playing with Oxfordshire in 1990. Since then he has played 101 first class games and last year he was Gloucestershire's fourth highest run-scorer. His cap comes after making 94 against Derbyshire recently and 62 in the first innings of the match with Warwickshire. | |||||||||
