2 I Richard Elkin of Cocknidg in the Cownty of Stafford
3 Beeing in good & perfect memory praysed bee to god
4 Doo make this my Last will & Testament in Manner
5 And Forme Following
6 Imp[remis] I commit my Sole into the hands of allmyty god my
7 Maker & redeember hoping Thorrow the only merrits
8 Of Christ my Savioure & redeemer to obtaine
9 Everlasting Life & my Body to the earth to bee bewry-
10 -ed Att the Discrestion of my Exsecewters herafter
11 menthoned & as For the ordering my Worldly Es-
12 -state I Give & bequeath as followeth
13 Item  my Will & mind is that after my Debts & Few-
14 -nerall Exspenses are discharged (of What Natur
15 & kind so ever) I Dispos as Followeth
16 Item my Will & mind is that the too Doughters of my
17 Neffuew John Bagnall Deseast shall have too
18 Pownd Tenshilling Apese to bee set out For their
19 Use till I be Able to give Discharge to the
20 Exsecewters, my Will & mind is that my sister
21 Mary Bagnall hath Five pownd & my sister
22 Als Follows Five Pounds Ans as for all the
23 Rest Ressadue & Remander of my Esstate I
24 Leave to the Discressyon & Disposall of my Exsecew-
25 -ters herafter menshoned And Lastly I Constatute
26 & Appoynt My Brother James Follows of
27 Lanend & John Greatbach of Cocknidg Exsecew-
28 -ters of this my Last will not Dowting of
