Patrol Leader Training
| This course is open to Scouts who
wish to learn about Leadership. The course is normally available for
scouts over the age of 12 years old. The main theme of the course is
Team Work and we have a number of ways in which to point this point
over to Scouts |

| The last course was held at 4th Hale HQ
on the March 1999. The theme this year was the Grand Prix. Team work is
important for this event, so we used the Grand Prix as an example. We did
not just leave it there, we took it further with the boys and girls
building a Scout Car which was then raced around the building 6 times.
This was the first time also that we had Girl Scouts
on the course. They did give the lads a run for their money.
