We have a good working knowledge of computing from the days before DOS and the desktop PC up to the present time.

We are willing to work at your premises or remove equipment for attention at our premises. Many proplems may be solved during a visit while others need more detailed investigation. Sometimes parts are required and if the machine is still being used it will not be removed.

Equipment may be brought to us for attention if you wish.

We are based in Marcham, near Abingdon, Oxfordshire in the UK.

Normal operating range is a radius of 50 miles aprox. We will go further by arrangement. There is no call out charge as such but we charge for the time taken which includes time on the road in both directions.

We can offer advice assuming that it does not take too much of our time as this is free.
