Create a watercolour of a tree scene, using 4 colours, 2 brushes and a little technique...

Even now before the foliage has time to dry, use Paynes Grey, and introduce some small branches from the main trunk.

  

 
I have added a small amount of extra foliage and branches just to balance up the tree shape.
