A Habit of Lies: Appendix 1 - Addresses

This is a list of professional addresses. The information given here is public domain and assembled as a matter of convenience. It by no means covers all the individuals or institutions concerned in either the field or the author's correspondence. Those listed are some of the principle actors in the manner in which the capping and particle movement field has been represented over the years but I do not maintain this list carefully and many may be out of date. In cases where addresses or institutional officers are known to have changed since the correspondence, the latest address is used or the change in personnel indicated.
