The apartment is newly constructed adjoining the owners country residence.   Situated in 2 acres of garden, it was completed in 1998.  The private terrace offers garden furniture, barbecue area and delightful views of the countryside.
The open plan sitting room has every modern convenience, T.V. Video, fitted kitchen including Bosch cooker, integral fridge, microwave, and dining area.  The hall has a compact walk in wardrobe.  The shower room is maintained to a high standard and the double bedroom is well equipped with a second T.V.  Further sleeping is offered in the sitting room on an easily convertible bed settee.  The general atmosphere combines central heating with an air of old world charm.  Bed linen is included and a cot is available.  Regrettably no animals can be accommodated.

Pateley Bridge is a small market town with a long history which goes back to lead mining, textiles and quarrying times.
It is situated on the Nidderdale way. Today tourists are attracted to this unspoiled area of outstanding natural beauty.
Within 5 mins. walk from the apartment is the town centre offering restaurants, cafes, gift shops and "Take-Aways".
Bowls, sports centre, bird watching, golf, tennis are in easy reach.  The floral spa town of Harrogate with interesting
shops is not far away.  Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall, and Harewood House are all within easy reach.
Lightwater Valley theme park and Ripon are only half an hour away.  The Photographic Museum Bradford, Royal Armouries and Brewery Wharf in Leeds and historic York are easily accessible.
