We are only able to correct our own mistakes - not yours.
If you do make a mistake and order the wrong item we are happy to exchange it but additional postage costs will apply.
We do not refund postage costs for goods ordered in error and already dispatched. Refunds are only possible upon satisfactory return of goods.
