Since 1993 the 4NCL has been contested ten times; with Slough the only team playing in every season in Division 1. Teams that have played nine times include: Barbican, Bristol, Betsson.com and Wood Green.
Twenty seven teams have taken part with only six winning a 'medal'. Slough has been the most successful by winning three, while coming both second and third twice; closely followed by the Midland Monarchs who have won three, come second once and third three times. Full details follow:
