Test Three - Heavy duty copy to SD card

The source data is revised to have 4 times the data (1600 files).   It has the following structure:

Prerequisites

1)      The SD card has the data and directory structure as shown above.

2)      The SD card is verified as 100% correct with no corruption.

3)      The PDA has been set up not to turn itself off after a set period of inactivity.

Function

To copy 1600 files in a 3 level directory structure on the SD card using the PDA.  This is a very heavy copy test and requires a lot of card space to be available.

Test

Use File Explorer on the PDA to copy the data on the SD card.

Test Four - Delete and Read data on the SD card

Prerequisites

1)      The SD card has completed test three correctly.

2)      The SD card is verified as 100% correct with no corruption.

3)      The PDA has been set up not to turn itself off after a set period of inactivity.

Function

To delete 1600 files from one directory on  the SD card using the PDA whilst generating thumbnails from the other.  This really hammers the SD card, and the PDA.

Test

Delete the directory Copy of Source Data generated by test three whilst browsing thumbnails in the original Source Data directory.
