STROKE CLINIC, on the 19th July at the City School in Lincoln. The times are from 2pm to 6pm. The cost is £40 without individual DVD or £47.50 with a DVD of the individual swimmer, Each swimmer will also receive a DVD of world record holders showing their underwater work and also a booklet of useful information.
