County Officials Secretary Report.

Thanks to Eion Coulthard for once again co-ordinating the officials for the County Championships and actually coming along to officiate this year! This is becoming a harder job as although officials numbers are rising we have less coming to the championships and rely a lot on the same group of people. I shall be sending a reminder to all clubs when the requests go out in jnauary to ensure we are asking all their officials as it may be we have old information, though most communication is via email now but we could have old addresses or people may not check them or we disappear into spam never to be seen again. We shall be asking officials if they want to buy a Lincs ASA White T Shirt this year as we have had a lot of requests and I will co-ordinate this at the championships and Dave will arrange the purchases via our usual supplier.

The new officals training is working well with nearly 100 people signed up across the County, however it is a longer process and it is important for Club Mentors to keep the people interested and involved, hopefully we shall see the benefits of the new structure in the coming years with more officials.
