Topics Covered: Swim 21 Awareness and help available for clubs

Child protection courses. Grants are available see EM web site.

Assistance with Teacher's level 1 & 2 courses. We need to ensure that

courses do not fail due to bad planning and insufficient people.

Team Manager training Module 1 & 2 (Level 1 course on 18th Nov, Nottm

Level 2 NKS 2nd Nov.

CPD, EM may be able to arrange a study day for licensing of teachers.

County Skills development day for 9-11 year olds early in new year as part of ASA Talent Development programme.

Mini Water Polo day in next 3-6 months Also ? Synchro.

CSP Only 9hrs for swimming in Lincs. Money can be used to draw down further funding.

Courses for Drugs Awareness for both parents\coaches and swimmers. The lowest level of testing will be Nat Age Groups and Inter Counties.

Should we consider altering our constitution? Having a Management board may speed up the process of decision making. Club reps then attend fewer meetings with development agenda.

As the Meeting was running very late, only urgent business was dealt with.

8 Report of Hon Records Officer

Record for a Sth Lincs swimmer whilst representing Loughborough rejected.

There being no other urgent business the President ended the meeting at 9.45pm.
