REPORT OF COUNTY
RECORDS OFFICER:
I have altered the layout of the records on the website so that all the data for boys is available in one window and girls in another. Thus a swimmer can see all his/her records and all those he/she aspires to break in one window. Each web window will print on 3 sheets of paper in landscape orientation. Feed back from club records officers has been favourable. As this is merely a change in presentation, and I cannot attend the Exec on 22nd Feb, I have not sought Exec approval first.
The Age Group Record Conditions on the website dated 20/04/2006 are out of date in several respects and I will bring a new version to the Spring Exec for approval.

EDUCATION OFFICER
LCASA REPORT
Can I respectfully ask if we as a County are going to arrange courses for all clubs to participate in then it comes through me as the Education Officer not the Secretary Treasurer etc .If this does not happen then how can I monitor and organise ,help etc.
I am still able to get hold of Young Officials Polo shirts at the present time but I ask you to let Guy know you are having from me as Officials secretary so that the loop is kept going in the right direction
I am hoping later in the year to organise hopefully with Lynn Chapman on board a disability taster session in this part of the county .If Clubs have any interest or know of swimmers not in a club that would like to have a go please let me have names ASAP

Champs and Age Group Secretary Report
The organisation for the County Championships in March is ongoing, with a few details still to finalise.
The long distance galas were held at Grantham Meres, and despite the best efforts of the County Officers and members of the subcommittee along with members from Grantham SC, there were problems that we are all working towards solving for the next main gala in March
