REPORT OF HONORARY RECORDS OFFICER

Since the last Meeting rankings have been input and sent out to Clubs and to the County web site. All Clubs have responded to how they will submit to me the December set which will close 10^th DECEMBER, this will enable me to work on them over Christmas and get them out in plenty of time before the Counties are upon us in 2011.

All Rankings were submitted in time and errors have been corrected.

Records claims are coming in well and being updated regularly by me but may take a little longer to get on the Web due to the Webmaster being busy, please ask Parents to bear with us .

The only problem there seems to have been is that a very few claims have not been accepted initially as they have been claimed for the wrong set I.E L/C and should be S/C.The L/C set is filling up nicely.
