As she sleeps, she dreams she's floating among the stars. Her silken sheets become clouds, and the clouds contain the spirits of the heavens. Below her, great galleons sail majestically on the currents of space to explore the universe.

On a warm midsummer day, the young girl enjoys the sun on her face, while her shady hat is filled with the essence of summer times. The straw becomes a cornfield abounding with wild flowers and butterflies, and little scenes of idyllic rural life.

With the universe in her wings Earth Angel gently cradles our precious world, bearing gifts of tranquility, harmony and peace for all. In her wake she brings an abundance of beautiful flowers and creatures great and small, to fill the tranquil countryside. The dove of peace and the rainbow of hope are her constant companions on her flight of creation.

With her powerful crystal, the enchantress conjures spell-binding magic. Gramophone horns transform into morning glories pouring forth heavenly melodies and great ships sail from seashells to a land where fairies play. The whole world is radiant with the magical light and all-encompassing love that flows from her powerful spirit.

As the inquisitive girl lifts the glass dome, there is magic in the air, causing all the doomed butterflies to come alive and to escape from their prison. Little fairies arrive to share their happiness as they fly and whirl around joyfully.

Wherever Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers, goes, blossoms burst open in a profusion of colourful petals. Her quiet radience attracts the butterflies while fairies peep through the array of "Flora" that frames her gentle beauty.

This image is all about the mystery of time. The lovers shown in negative form are Time Lords responsible for the smooth passage of time, and the key to eternity. He wears a blindfold to avoid distraction and to concentrate his thoughts on his importantant task.

According to the language of flowers the White Poplar is said to represent time and the maiden wears a crown of its' timeless leaves with their brilliant silver undersides. The water carrier represents the new age - 'Age of Aquarius' - and the past by the ancient stone circle within the everlasting clock.

The girl sitting beside the clock carries a needle perhaps to put a 'stitch in time'. The wise old owl looks on as the dandelion clocks shed their seeds continuing the everlasting circle of life.

This is only one interpretation...

When the blue moon rises in the night sky, it is time for the enchantress with the fairy tale city gleaming in her hair to welcome her friend the wolf. The howling of the wolf and the owl's music create a haunting melody which brings to life her cloak of butterflies and moths, and inspires them to unfurl their wings and fly.

The female spirit or goddess links with mankind to create harmony, her wing gently cradles her human form and a complex series of tunnels containing her deepest thoughts are transmitted via bridges and pathways to a willing pupil.

A maze of paths representing the twists and turns of life, emerge into the jungle of mans mind and his search for the pathways to truth and knowledge.

Spiralling downward the staircase leads you to the dancers at the enterance to another world, one of the tranquillity and romance. The outcome of this 'meeting of mands' is perfect "Synergy", creating changes and transformation.

Concealed within the painting are close to 30 faces. The above is just my interpretation perhaps you will see another!!

The beautiful nymph Undine rises from her watery depths bearing gifts of plants and water creatures to enhance our world. In her hand she holds an ancient artifact, an offering from Neptune, meant to inspire the imagination and lift cascading from her hair to surround the harpist with gentle currents of comfort and peace.
