The Inn has extensive award winning gardens and is
featured in several guides such as the Which Good
Pub Guide,Egon Ronay’s Pub Guide
Built in the wooded Tudu valley in 1799, as
a Welsh long house and Inn, just 1.5 miles from the
beautiful secluded beach of Cwmtudu.
A selection of fine draught beers are served,
including Flowers Original, Flowers IPA,
Boddingtons and a range of guest beers. The
wine list is comprehensive. On offer are wines
from traditional areas of Europe and the
increasingly popular wines from the New World.
The front of the long white building is one of the
finest suntraps in the area, with plenty of tables and
Seating. Generations of cumstomers have enjoyed a
meal in the sun whilst their children played.
The head chef with four supporting, qualified
chefs and catering staff, specialise in dishes
produced from local meat and fish. The specials
board allows for the tasty whims this
combination produces.
The A la Carte restaurant seats thirty in intimacy
and comfort, and is set away from the bar and
family room. This is ideal for special occasions.
A good sized family room is situated next to the
main bar, and well behaved children are
welcome in this comfortable room. A play area
in the garden is very popular with children of all
ages, and features a slide, swings, play house
and a large climbing frame.
