Corporate Manslaughter Legislation |
Corporate responsibility and Duty of care is a major business issue and nowhere more so than in the arena of driving on business.
The need for road safety policies is stark, as there are 3 million company car drivers and a further 5 million drivers who carry out work-related journeys in their private cars. The proposed revisions to corporate manslaughter legislation have helped drive this issue up the corporate agenda.
Driving Services can help you meet your Duty of Care obligations in relation to Driving at work with our fleet driver training. |
