Nash Daddylonglegs Chair

I have had my chair for some time now and I am pleased with it. It is noticeably heavier than my old JRC High Luxe chair due to it being made of steel rather than aluminium, but as I transport all of my gear around on a Prestige DeLuxe matchman trolley, the extra weight is not too much of a problem.

I made the change in chairs mainly due to my back problems, and I can say that the new Nash Daddy Longlegs is more comfortable than the JRC. I can manage about six hours before the pain gets too much and I have to call the session off. The main reason for the extra comfort is simply down to the fact that the chair seat is higher from the ground, this means that I have less of my body weight still placed on my feet.

The only problem that I have had is the locking bolt that you can see at the top of the front leg has become loose on two occasions. The nut is a nylock one so it is doubtful if it has become loose, it is probable that it has settled down and I have tightened it up twice. You cannot over tighten this bolt as it needs to be free enough to enable the chair to fold up.
