This is a daunting task to some, and often church leaders value the contribution we can bring through the special seminars where we:
During the mission time we also seek to help lay people discover and develop their gifts and give "on the job" training and experience where we are able. People in full-time ministry have also found it a great stimulus to work alongside the team as part of the mission.

This is the most vital part of the mission and often the most exciting as people see God answer prayers in the lives of people who have often been prayed for over many years. We have designed a seminar called "Prayer - God`s Resource" in which, in a very practical way, we look at:
All this provides a base for the suggestions we then give for the personal and corporate prayer for the mission through prayer triplets, united prayer sessions, prayer clocks etc.

Mission is not just the perogative of church leaders and evangelists. The Bible says "You are my witnesses". The Great Commission to share the Good News of Jesus is laid on the whole church. We all have different roles to play, and often it is a consistent life or a loving presence as well as the right word at the right time that God uses to help another to a living faith in Christ. The course called "Concerned to Care, Competent to Share" is a boon in all these areas.
