The forward vision of the Trust is in the hands of an executive with Keith Wills as Director.
The Spearhead team develop and undertake the "Spearhead Missions" under the leadership of Keith Wills. Each member has a role which also assists the local mission committee in their work. "Spearhead Missions" is a department of the Trust, and the main strategy of the trust`s evangelistic ministry. The Trust has a variety of ministries (See "Other Ministries") each seeking to serve the church and community.
